"The layout of the canvas develops by first breaking the canvas down into large sections of painted regions allowing me to create an entrance. The white gessoed canvas is silent space, enabling everything to exist in it. I begin to lay down large regions of paint. This is where I find the entrance into the painting."
Nathan has provided live painting peformances in venues such as the Health and Wellness Center and the Freight House restaurant.
